Are the artworks listed on your site original or prints?

We offer both original pieces and giclee prints. Each product page will specify whether it is an original or a print.

A giclée print is a high-quality reproduction of an artwork created using a specialized inkjet printing process. The word "giclée" (pronounced "zhee-clay") comes from the French word gicler, which means "to spray," referring to the way the printer sprays microscopic droplets of ink onto paper or canvas.

They are typically produced using archival-quality inks and paper, which ensures that the prints will last for decades without fading, provided they are properly cared for. This makes giclée prints a popular choice for reproducing fine art.

What is the print quality and materials used?

The fine art prints are produced at high resolution using archival inks on acid-free, heavyweight fine art paper to ensure a sharp, colorful, and long-lasting result.  

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collection, select the artwork you’d like to purchase, and click the "Add to Cart" button. Follow the prompts to checkout and enter your payment details to complete the order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa and Mastercard payments.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it’s been placed?

Orders can only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

How long will it take for my artwork to arrive?

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Typically, orders are processed within 3-5 business days, and delivery can take anywhere from 2 – 3 weeks.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! We offer worldwide shipping. Please note that international shipping may be subject to additional duties or taxes.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

How will my order be packaged?

Art prints are carefully rolled and shipped in durable cardboard tubes to prevent creasing or damage. Original artworks are securely boxed with bubble wrap and foam padding to protect frames and glass, if applicable. We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely and in perfect condition.

Can I return or exchange my artwork?

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.

How do I return an item?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with a photo of the issue, and we will provide you with instructions for returning the item.

How should I care for my artwork?

For paintings and prints, keep your artwork away from direct sunlight, humidity, and extreme temperatures to preserve its color and quality. You can also frame your artwork for added protection.

Do you offer framing services?

Currently, we do not offer framing, but we recommend working with a local framing professional for the best results.  Most of our giclee prints are printed to fit standard frame sizes so in most cases, custom framing is not necessary.

How do I commission a custom piece of artwork?

To commission a custom piece, please reach out to us directly with details about your desired artwork, including size, style, and any special requests.

Do I need an account to make a purchase?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders, save your payment information for future purchases.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, we use SSL encryption to ensure your payment information is secure. We take your privacy seriously and never store your payment details.
